GRAPE VARIETY: Moscato bianco di Canelli 100%
It is obtained by over-ripening the fruit on the vine and then allowing it to further ripen on special withering crates.
This process is followed by pressing and then the fermentation in barriques over a period of several months.
The wine matures in barrique for a total of twelve months.
Its vanilla notes in the nose contrast with the richness of citrus and ripe fruit with a note of exotic fruit and apricots.
It is perfect with sweet pastries, mature cheeses and dark chocolate.
Best serving: 12 – 15 °C
