Ingredients for 10 people
Carrots 250 gr
Potatoes 250 gr
Peas 250 gr
Pickled peppers 250 gr
Tuna in oil 300 gr
Eggs 4
For the mayonnaise :
1 egg + 1 yolk
Corn oil 300 ml
A bit of lemon
Boil the eggs. Take off the skin of potatoes and carrots and boil the vegetables in salted water: potatoes and carrots together , and peas in another pot. The vegetables has to be crisp and when are cold cut them into little pieces; make the same with the peppers, but put aside some strips for the garnish. Unite all vegetables with cutted eggs and crumbled tuna. Make the mayonnaise putting 1 egg and 1 yolk , 300 ml of corn oil, salt and a bit of lemon in the glass of the blender. Mix the mayonnaise with the mixture prepared and put in the fridge for about ½ hour. Garnish the dish with the strips of peppers.
