Barbera made from rigorous selection of grapes in the vineyards.
After processing, the wine is left refing for 24 month in French oak barrels which allow it to reach a specific maturity.
It has an intense bouquet with evident hints of spices, dried roses and vanilla.
It’s full, austere, rich with tannin but soft on the palate.
This wine is perfect with structured meat dishes, game and ripened and blue cheeses.
